Are dogs allowed to reside in the gold Coast complex?

I have seen quiet a few people in the area that do have dogs, as we don't rent I couldnt tell you specifically if dogs are allowed in SINO owned apartments.

Probably more likely yes if the apartment is owned by a private landlord, but again that would be up to them.

There are a number of apartment complexs in the Sham Tseng / Siu Lam ( Gold Coast ) locality, GC residences is just one of many.

You could look at the Aegean, The Aegean Coast, Palatial Coast - Grand Pacific Heights, Aqua Blue, The Hill Grove, Palm Beach, Hong Kong Bay Villa's depending on what your budget allows.
Prices would be between $9000 ~ $35,000 per month. Palm Beach duplexes being the most expensive/largest apartments in the area, being 1600ft2 plus.

Beaulieu Peninsula is a very popular gated villa community with dog owners, which is right next to the Gold Coast a street away, but rents start at about $35,000 per month there for a fully contained villa house.

Basically, no pets in the high rises but will be considered in their beach villa thingys - which are more pricey.
