Residence in Ma On Shan / Wu Kai Sha

Saw some really nice, new apartments (e.g. the Lake Silver) while I was in Wu Kai Sha the other day. But it was so far away from urban centres (took me 1 hour to get to Hung Hom). Anyone living there? How much is the average rent for a 2-Bedroom/3-Bedroom along the Ma On Shan line?

3 Bedroom 25K onwards

There are many other options like Oceanaire (better layout), Sausalito, Double Cove (smaller layout), Villa Oceania, Villa Athena.
