short term accomodation?

I need a place to stay for about 7 days in Tseung Kwan O / Sai Kung area. The only short-term stuff I could find in HK is hostels out in Mongkok and the Island, but i want to be in Tai Po Tsai village - right next to the HKUST.

is there anywhere in the area that I would be able to 'book' a studio or a room just for a week?

How about the Uni itself?
They have accomodation on campus but not sure how to go about booking it and whether it is available.

Unlikely to find much there otherwise, unless you can find someone willing to put you up in a spare room or similar...
