And do you hae the right to work in Hong Kong? Because if not you're pretty unlikely to get a visa as a bartender.

Well they are a British Overseas Territory of the UK without being part of the UK. Probably pretty lucky for them or they'd be overrun with pale British people who turn into lobsters over the course of their trip.
