Looking for intensive italian lesson over three weeks of August

I am looking for an private italian tutor over three weeks of August.

I wish to get from beginner level (i know a little and now living in Florence), to conversational (hopefully). So I am looking a tutor to give me lessons several hours a week from 3/8 to 22/8, the only time I will be in HK.
