Advice on photography: Best place to get the Hong Kong Skyline from a mountainview in Kowloon

    I think the photo from Fei Ngo Shan above is a good illustration ... if you want the skyline from up on a mountain, you are going to get Kowloon foreground as well. If that's what you're after, go for it.

    If you *just* want skyline, I'd suggest the kai Tak Cruise Terminal rooftop park: it's pretty much in the middle of the harbour.

    Actually as great wedding pic would be taken at New Town Plaza on the weekend! Picture the bride and groom standing while gazing lovingly into each others eyes, with eyes only for each other while the crushing crowds bustle around...

    Thanks everyone,

    Fei Ngo Shan seems like the place to go if I want something car accessible.

    Would anyone by chance have a favourite spot on Fei Ngo Shan that has a good view of the habour (weather permitting)

    If you shoot in Fei Ngo Shan, going in the morning is better as the sun will be behind you and the lighting will be better or go at night. If you want more skyline try going to the W in the afternoon.
