The method of the arrest is galling. Targeting a person in the centre of crowd who did not appear to be actively inciting any activity and then claiming that person rather than the 100's in front of him were obstructing the police clearly shows the politicisation of the police.
If he had of been right at the front or marshalling others to obstruct the police he would be fair game.
Obviously the offence of 'milling around in a crowd' ranks as a very serious offence that requires the full force of the Anti-Triad teams to orchestrate a snatch and grab.

Joshua Wong's been so busy, that after finishing with the day's street booth, he has to do a Skype interview with Al Jazeera (regarding the upcoming sentencing on Aug 15th) in the supplies vehicle on the way back to Demosisto's headquarters.
Note:
There are comments calling him a traitor who needs to be jailed for a long time, others tell him he needs to take care of himself and rest.

Climbing over a wall and sitting down with a bunch of other students.
"The court also cited the need to lay down new sentencing guidelines in cases involving violent unlawful assembly to bind the lower courts"
Not sure what evidence of Violence was given at the lower court but the crowd seemed very well behaved even letting paramedics through when needed.
