    Skiing/Snowboarding

    Hi All,

I'm pretty new here but I'm guessing this probably isn't the best place for snow. So I'm thinking about organising a trip to Japan next year (I heard the powder is awesome!). Is anyone interested?

I'm interested, when are you thinking of going and where? I've been skiing in Nagano twice but would love to try Hokkaido. I'm intermediate level

I've done a little bit of research and to give an idea of cost below are some approximate prices for a 6 day ski trip to Nieseko in February

    Ski Pass $2700
    Flights: $7000
    Accomodation: $3500
    Transfers: $550
    Total: $13750

If any one is interested please PM me

Where staying? Everything I saw was 3500+ per night. Yet do want to be close to the slopes.

Hakuba is great and not so far (4h by bus) from Tokyo, you can combine ski and shopping.
