Doesn't answer any of your questions but if you minus the total number by date on the list from total imported, that means the rest is imported from other checkpoints (non-flights/airport).
Can't find anything w specific breakdown - the only indication we have is via the airline ban (still in effect) so if an airline gets dinged, that means tested positive upon arrival* :P
* (i) five or more passengers, or 5% or more of the total number of passengers on board the same flight (whichever is higher) tested positive for COVID-19 by arrival test, or (ii) three or more passenger are tested positive for COVID-19 by arrival test and one or more non-compliant case(s) was/were allowed to board for Hong Kong lol.
