A few questions have been raised about quarantine and employment / leave issues.
PLEASE CORRECT ME if I have misread the info
1) Travel related quarantine does not fall under Cap 599. See below links for the official sites / ordinance info. See Note 1 in the attached image. From this I think the travel quarantine will be deducted from your annual leave.

2) If you test positive on arrival, I think you should be exempt from annual leave deductions and have protection under Cap 599. The time off falls under sick leave according to this document:
