    Angry Fiji Air idiocy

So Fiji Air have cancelled their whole schedule from HKG until April but are refusing any sort of refund (except the tax) on tickets booked recently for Dec/Jan. They are offering a voucher valid until June.

No call centre to call, and only one liners coming from them on email sporadically.

Definitely feeling very scammed by them. I have travel insurance but only for me, and two sets of tickets were booked. I should have success with a credit card charge back right? Airline are pointing to Ts and Cs on cancellations but when there are no credible avenues for using the purchased ticket for 7 months its beyond a joke.

Anyway, everyone should avoid these fuckers at all costs in future.

Kiwi.com are notorious for not giving refunds / messing up flight bookings.

Do a chargeback. When were FJ meant to resume HK flights? I don't think they've been operating since 2020?

They were happily selling a full schedule November onwards until 1 August when they cancelled Nov and Dec, and then 8 August when they cancelled 1Q-23.

Horribly expensive Qantas flights here we come...

Selling when they haven't been operating for years?

Many on here would claim that's fraud.
