    why don't you switch home with the guy that is wary of EM waves.. the compulsive wifi scanning chap. let them go deal with one another..

    Yeah that's true. We had a upstairs neighbor who apparently like to drag furniture every night. The management office advised not to approach the neighbor directly fearing a potential escalation. They resolved the problem pretty quickly. Seems when everyone lives in a beehive these sort of annoyances will happen.
