    >> IMO she should pluck it

Jay, how do you know this is he or she ?

i would say, pluck it as well, it does not look good to have a few hairs over that area, and most important, i believe there is no side effect doing it

thanks to everyone for thier views on this i , i mean my friends friend will fins this very useful! to summarise , Plucking seems the way forward, but it may grow back, 3M tape works as long as you book a bed at queen mary first. how about cutting/shaving it or will it make the hair stronger and end up being like stubble? (its hard not to smirk when typing this!)

If it is more than a few stray hairs then it's not normal and shows most likely one of many hormone imbalances.

    I'd see a GP if I were you/her.

I think that if it were a hormonal imbalance, there would be more signs and the excess hair wouldn't just be around the nipples!
