hi there,
i open a commercial bank account for my hong kong register company.
in some of my document there is an address confirmation.
the bank hsbc in wan chai refuse to let me open a "personal" bank account
since they did not accept the document for the personal one
but they did receive it to the commercial one confused me to?
i ask my bank to send me an address prof ASAP
but i must go business in china mainland , so it's will delay till next month
i gave them pdf print of the same address proof which they did not accep
(in the commercial bank account i had other statement mad by my accountant)
so now i wait to get the original address statement from my bank back home
(i showed them online bank account other company i hold bank account atc)
1. i want to know if you think i can sue them for that, if i got a case
2. i want to know if there is any body, government office that supervise the bank in hong kong
3. reasonable price lawyer to sue the bank for 100,000 hkd if there is a case
