I've moved back to Melbourne, but still have stocks and some cash in Hong Kong, has anyone got a recommendation for an accountant to talk to here about how to handle that for the next tax return?

Most Aussie tax accountants should be able to do it. Assuming you are PR/citizen Interest, dividends are easy (the auto fill forms need amending and they are taxed) capital gains may be a bit trickier. Your MPF us the one that is a bit trickier to handle
What the ATO does not know about it can't tax. And they tax on unrealised capital gains on overseas investments, including pensions, which is a PITA.
