    Specialist for Warehouses?

    Hello,

I will be looking for a warehouse in Hong Kong soon.

Do you know any specialist agencies for that?

Should be around 20.000sqft and a high ceiling to put in racks for pallet storage.

    Any recommendations?

@Nep - Check out OneDay - will give you a list of warehouses and general pricing. They're like the gohome / square foot of industrial spacs.

Property Search Hong Kong | Oneday

Depending on your floor loading, your options may be further restricted, some of the listings have loading restrictions on them. But the listings will help you find / narrow down the property agents who seem to specialise in the areas / buildings.

For 20K sq ft, your options are going to be limited... not much on HK side under $10/sq ft I think.

Outsource your warehouse to a company like OMLOG. They have warehouses in HK, Singapore, Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai.

Thanks @shri, I gave up finding something close to the island. Anywhere in HK would do and 10HKD/sqft would be more than ok.
@bdw: I do not want to outsource the warehouse. I want to run it by ourselves.

In Kwai Chung in buildings away from the MTR stations you can get space for about half that price.

Give Star Properties a call, they seem to have other listings so should be able to help you with your requirements.

    Have you looked into it?

Using experts can make sense at times. Rent only the space you need and be able to scale quickly

Thanks but it's a long running business. We are just being priced out of our current warehouse.

@Nep - did you find a warehouse solution for yourself? Would be curious on this as well..

Are there any end-to-end provider who would be able to deal with all import declarations at the port, bring my goods into their warehouse, and even do delivery?

I have found 3 halfway suitable places but in the end we could stay. The owners plan to sell the building did not work so our landlord continued to rent to us for a modest increase
there are several companies that offer that service !
