    Sounds like a good deal on the property but Angeles is a bit of a shit hole.

    Do you mean Angeles or Balibago (the red light/bar area)? While Angeles is a third world city no doubt there are some interesting areas of the city proper.

    Ok I didn't see much of it but just driving through it didn't strike me as the sort of place I'd want to live.

    Maybe i'll have to go back and broaden my horizons.

    Life on the Mimosa golf course might be OK. Otherwise avoid.

    Was told Fort Bonifacio was very nice and safe, and expensive, but the rest is a dump, and not a very safe one at that.
