    Wow. 1-0 City. I'm sold. City showed a gear that other clubs haven't been able to match. They played the second half like a pack of hungry wolves on the hunt. With Ederson in good form it'll take an extraordinary effort to take three points from City right now.

    Just checked City's schedule ahead. They could become runaways. Some delicate games after the international break but the only real cracker would be at Old Trafford mid December. Looking good

    That's what it looks like to me as well. But as Leicester's Premiership taught me two seasons ago, everything I think I know about football is wrong.

    Skipping out of the PL, Hull are currently 17th but have scored more goals than any other team. Quite an achievement.
