    Well no.

    A) it's a not an excuse: it is based on well-funded facts

B ) It's not China that "is bad, very bad", but it's the CCP and its cruel regime. We feel for the masses of mistreated Chinese. (We also simply care about Chinese people in general or we would not live in this part of the world.)

Interestingly, this was never mentioned by the OP.
Are you suggesting that other despots do similar things it is OK for Xi to do the same?

But the democracies aren't building mass interment camps like the despots. It was a jumbled list of whataboutisms, wasn't it?

Do you agree with the mass re-education programmes in Xinjiang?

Nah, they only perform extra-judicial killings by drones.

Yes and in many cases it looks like an abuse of power

No you did NOT. You stated there was not enough evidence to show that mass re-education works or not. There appears to be quite a lot of evidence that human rights abuses are taking place. Surely it is easy to condemn such activity even hypothetically.

Uyghur phones are 100% inspected and IDs from the phones noted in a ledger during the crossing. Targeting of non-Uyghurs seemed random. On the streets, there are sometimes small groups of police with a stack of local Uyghur citizens' phones going through them one by one.
