    Passed as is when tseun wan line and tungchung line are experiencing unexpected technical difficulties running under the harbour and the western and central tunnel are under temporary maintenance.

    there is a possibility that "The Bill is rejected by Legco".

    Some of the so-called Pro-Beijing lawmakers are in fact pro-business: Liberal Party (4) and
    Business and Professionals Alliance (8). The business sector is overwhelmingly against the Bill, albeit discretely in order to stay in Beijing's good books.

    There are eight Independents, a few brave souls of whom may vote against the Bill as well.

    We will see.
