I have a more general question about forwarders.

If you want to use a forwarder when you buy something, do you list the forwarder as the shipping address, so the package is shipped directly to the forwarder, with whom you arrange for onward shipment?

In other words, the original vendor sends your item to the forwarder as per your instructions on ordering?

Didn't wanna open a new thread.

Does anyone know a forwarder that offers cheap shipping by sea freight for heavy items? Doesn't have to be fast.

Thanks for the tip, I just sent them a message asking for a quote. Not holding my breath though seeing how they are from NY and would have to first ship the stuff by road to CA or go the long way around. Oh and sales tax

Does anyone tried 4px delivery service?
I just used it for taobao goods delivery from China to Hong Kong and its very cheap. Not very easy to understand as everything is in chinese on their website but if you know how to use it then I think its the cheapest I know.
