Concern about property prices whilst taking land off the market.
Unfortunately an additional 60 Hectares of Prime land has come onto the market.
Only 5.11358 Hectares has been made available for housing in the 12 months. Clearly the government will work out to what to do with this 60 hectares to solve HK's chronic shortage of land supply. .

IMO it should be used for either a end point for a new bridge to Zhuhai or Shenzhen, or build a station for a brand new express train to Zhuhai or Shenzhen. Best would to be build both actually just in case.
Oh and if it's a bridge, no HK cars allowed.
