The cost of medication & lab test is higher in private though. But you may find cheaper medication in pharmacies (eg: Fanda).
    Good luck
    Hi fruitsalad,

How can I book the appointment? Before how many hours should I call/mail to book the appointment?

Also, what time did you try calling the FTU clinic? Normal office hours or..? Called once and gave up?

    Did you try emailing them?

Are you in a job where you're not allowed to call during the day?

    Download the app HAGo.
This will enable you to book both General Oupatient ie GP or Specialist Outpatient across all public hospitals and districts.
There is a document verification step first time use where you must go in person to the nearest clinic for identity verification and activation of the app which just takes minutes.
For your thyroid problem download the app and get it verified and activated , make the appointment for GOPC ( general outpatient ) in the first instance and the doctor there wii provide you a letter for booking the endocrinologist at Specialist outpatients as necessary.

Yes, I called them twice during the lunch hour and I didn't receive any response.

I want to know if there are any clinics where I can meet the doctor without prior appointments of a day or more with reasonable fee(under 200HKD).

Please give me suggestion to consult Endrocrinologist for consulting regarding my pre-existing Thyroid issue.

    Thanks!

St. Teresa hospital, walk in appointment with a specialists $375, you may have to wait 45-60 minutes perhaps.

Look for the Out Patients clinic.
