Leicester City 1-0 Liverpool Football Club. FT.

Bad stumble for LFC considering they had a first half PK opportunity that Salah couldn't convert. Manchester City can go into the new year nine points clear if they take care of business at Brentford tomorrow.

'Pool dominated in every statistical category except goals. That's football sometimes.

Disaster at Stamford Bridge as BHA score the tying goal in injury time! That's two points Chelsea could ill-afford to flush down the toilet!

    CHE 1-1 BHA. FT.

Man City hold on for three points at Brentford while 'Pool and Chelsea both drop points in midweek clashes.

City with 10 straight League match wins and open up an 8-point gap at the top of the table. Maybe as important as the lead is the fact they have played their full slate of matches and won't face the challenge of a fixtures pileup to make up postponed matches.

And that it for 2021. EPL back at it New Year's Day (pending COVID interruptions).
