Which scientist was in charge of the vaccination program?- oh, Patrick Nip – what are his epidemiological qualifications?

well the article by HKU's Sridhar in the NYT is quite damning. NIP has failed to pay the golden oldies 1k a jab so they did not bother and are now dying from it. The Head Girl is stubborn, arrogant pig headed and accepts zero advice from experts whilst the Nurse fucks up every time she opens her mouth and causes a run on supermarkets. The Peter Principle incompetence of these overpaid duffer people is staggering.

I’ve got a simpler explanation. If the government had put all available resources on vaccinating the elderly and only hospitalising those that were ill, instead of fencing off seats half way up Lantau Peak we wouldn’t be in this mess. (By the way Lantau Peak ticked off the bucket list this morning )
