Its not really new, just the legal confirmation of BlockFi's known status.
They had severe issues months back and were 'rescued' with a bail out by none other than FTX. FTX then took custody of the BlockFi assets, squandered them illegally, and now BlockFi are bankrupt.
Without FTX's fraud BlockFi creditors were likely to see 80c on the dollar, now much less.
Turns out this clip itself turns out to be fake news published by the Sinclair Media Group, a right wing news outlet. It worked on the Gollygordons of the world.

If it was sufficiently dubious to require such a qualification in the first place, then perhaps it should not have been posted without verification, in the first place.
This is too similar to the far right "just asking questions" tactic- it opens the doors wide to all sorts of tomfoolery.
